🛍️ Ordering & Products

Q: Are your products made to order?
A: Yes, all our products are made to order. We collaborate with multiple print-on-demand providers to ensure quality, customization, and uniqueness in every product.

Q: Can I customize my order?
A: Many of our items offer customization. Please check the specific product page for available personalization options.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. It may take up to 24 hours for tracking to activate.


🚚 Shipping

Q: What are your shipping times and costs?
A: Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Shipping via USPS takes 2–5 business days. Rates are based on order total:

  • $0 – $50.00: $7.89
  • $50.01 – $100.00: $9.89
  • Over $100: Free Shipping

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: No, we currently ship only within the continental United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. Territories.

Q: What if I didn’t receive my order?
A: If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us at shop@myweddingjourney.com with your order number. We’ll help you track it down.


🔁 Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Q: How do I initiate a return?
A: Email us at shop@myweddingjourney.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send a return label and instructions.

Q: Are there any items that cannot be returned?
A: Yes. We do not accept returns on:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Digital products or gift cards
  • Perishable goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids/gases

Q: When will I receive my refund?
A: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you. If approved, you’ll receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days (minus return shipping).

📦 Cancellations & Damages

Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
A: We begin production quickly. If you need to cancel or change your order, contact us ASAP at shop@myweddingjourney.com. Cancellation is only possible if production has not started.

Q: My item arrived damaged or incorrect — what do I do?
A: Email us with your order number and photos of the damaged/incorrect item. We’ll arrange a replacement at no cost.

Q: My item looks different from the listing. What should I do?
A: While rare, defects can occur. Please send photos and your order ID to shop@myweddingjourney.com for review and resolution.
